Assistant Coach and Competitive Team Manager Liz Bialecki

As a professional Business Developer, Liz has an extensive background in managing all the business functions. She received her Business Degree from Arizona Western Collage and her bachelor's in communications from Grand Canyon University.

Coach Liz is responsible for managing all the team logistical needs for competitive travel. Her role is to scout cross-training and sparring opportunities to help the athletes gain the experience and exposure needed to compete. She actively searches for USA Boxing events and submits the BadApple Team roster for competitive drawings.

As a USA Boxing Certified Green Level Coach you may see her subbing or assisting Coach Tyler during regular scheduled classes. She will also help corner all athletes during sparring and competitions.

Through professional coaching and mentorship, we strive to help our youth build confidence, determination, and a strong work ethic. As they learn the art of boxing, they will also acquire vital qualities such as self-discipline, perseverance, and the ability to face challenges with courage. Because safety is our top priority, all boxers must have an active USA Boxing membership before being considered for sparring. Our focus is on proper technique, injury prevention, and physical health, ensuring our youth can participate in boxing with confidence and minimal risk.
